1. Shipping and Delivery Options
We deliver goods throughout the Czech Republic via the carrier PPL — either directly to your address (PPL Courier) or to one of over 2,300 PPL Parcelshop / Parcelbox pick-up points. You can also pick up your order in person for free at our pick-up point: Husinecká 17, 130 00 Prague 3.
The standard delivery time is 2 business days. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the shipment and the chosen delivery method — you will always see the exact price in the shopping cart before completing the order.

The maximum storage period for a shipment is 7 days at a PPL Parcelshop and 3 days at a Parcelbox. PPL will inform you about the shipment's storage via email and SMS.

Delivery to a private address usually takes place on the next business day after dispatch. PPL communicates with you via email and SMS, and you can track your shipment online at www.ppl.cz.
Personal pick-up — free
You can pick up your order at our pick-up point at Husinecká 17, 130 00 Prague 3. We will notify you by email once your order is ready.
Important information about shipments
The maximum weight of one package is 30 kg, the maximum length of the longest side is 120 cm, and the girth length is 360 cm (sum of girth and length). If an order exceeds the weight or volume specified for one package, we will divide it into multiple packages; shipping costs are charged for each package. You will always see the total shipping cost in the shopping cart.
We also deliver to Slovakia and selected other countries — you will see available shipping methods and their prices at checkout after entering your delivery address.
